"Sergio's Gifts" collaborates closely with Australia Post to ensure prompt delivery of your parcel.

Every item is sent out within 1-5 business days from our Sydney location in NSW.

Shipping Schedule

After your order has been processed/printed and is prepared for shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

For estimated "Domestic Delivery Times," please refer to the Australia Post website HERE.

For estimated "International Delivery Times," please refer to the Australia Post website HERE.

If you're not available at home during the delivery attempt and the driver deems it unsafe to leave your item, a delivery card will be left, and your item will be held at your local post office for collection. Feel free to input any specific delivery instructions during the checkout process.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Kindly bear with us during the busy Christmas season and back-to-school periods. Our workload increases significantly during these times, so please expect extended processing times. Please note that while Express post will expedite postage, it will not affect the processing time of your order. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

For added assurance that your purchased items reach the intended recipient, we offer the option of SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. This service provides proof of delivery with a recipient's signature. You can include this option for an additional $2.95 during the checkout process.

If your order is time-sensitive, please ensure you select Express Post at checkout or contact us during the ordering process for assistance.

All orders will be securely packed and dispatched once production is complete. Each order will be accompanied by a tracking number, accessible by logging into your account at any time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification to keep you informed of the expected delivery timeframe.

In the event that an order is deemed "Lost" during transit, Sergio's Gifts will replace the lost parcel free of charge, provided Australia Post confirms its loss.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and depend on third-party courier companies like Australia Post. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, delays beyond our control may occur.

Sergio's Gifts cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for missed events due to delayed or slow delivery times. We ensure that our production and dispatch times are met as promised.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as uncollected or undeliverable standard shipping rates will apply for redelivery, and the return parcel charge will be passed on to the customer. Refunds will not be issued if redelivery costs are not paid.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping, with postage rates calculated prior to checkout for many destinations. Please note that some countries impose import duties and taxes on incoming goods, for which customers are responsible. If duties are payable upon receipt and the customer decides to return the items, no refunds will be issued.
